General conditions and terms of the reservation

Making a reservation directly or via Internet Web www.menorcaplus.com implies acceptance on behalf of the client of all and every one of the general conditions, which are considered an integral part of the reservation and completes the specific laws applicable.

RESERVATIONS AND REFUNDS

At the moment of making the reservation, 30% of the total rent will be needed as deposit. The reservation will not be considered finalized until this deposit has been received, and the client receive the detail of his reservation, by e-mail, along with the corresponding receipt of payment of his deposit.
Having received the invoice, the client will have to check all the information of the reserve and if observes any impropriety, will communicate it immediately, because it isn't possible to make changes at the last minute.
The remainder of the cost should be paid 6 weeks before entering the accommodation as the other hand the reservation will be considered canceled, as seen in the conditions detailed in the clause referring to cancellations.
The transaction will be carried out in EUROS.

AVAILABILITY OF THE APARTMENT

The occupation of the apartment is considered from 2.00pm of the day of your arrival. The day of departure, the client will have to vacate the apartment at 10.00am, to enable the staff to prepare the apartment for the next arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

The client can cancel the services requested or contracted, having the right to the refund of the deposit previously given, however the client must pay an indemnity to the tourist company, according to the following clauses:

  • 25% of the deposit will be retained, if the cancellation is made with more than 6 weeks notice, prior to the date of arrival.
  • 50% of the deposit will be retained when the cancellation is made with less than 6 weeks but more than 1 week before arrival.
  • The client will lose the total 100% of the deposit when the cancellation is made 7 days, or less than 7 days, prior to the arrival date.
